You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unused, unopened, and back in their original packaging, basically in the same condition they left us.

To get the ball rolling, just drop us a message at hello(at)chosundayritual.com with your order number and a quick note on why you'd like to return, and we'll take it from there.

One thing to note: return shipping costs are on you, and we'd recommend using a tracked service just to be safe. We'd hate for your parcel to go missing on its way back to us and not be able to sort things out for you.

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process a full refund back to your original payment method. Give it a few business days to show up.
